Noble Dairy Queen welcomed spring with smiles and sweetness during its annual Free Cone Day celebration held on March 20th. Across all nine of its locations, the popular event saw an enthusiastic turnout, with 17,521 free small vanilla cones served to customers eager to celebrate the season\u2019s arrival. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition to free cones, the day also featured the return of the Dip It for Kids fundraiser. Patrons were invited to dip their cone for just $1. All proceeds from the dip donations went to support Children\u2019s Miracle Network Hospitals, raising an impressive $4,484 for the cause. \u201cThis year was a new record for the amount raised with the Dip It for Kids program,\u201d said Gabrielle Dismang, Momence DQ manager and Marketing Assistant. \u201cThe surge in donations may have been invigorated by the new and extremely popular Crunchin\u2019 Cookie cone dip, which added a fun twist to the event.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Carrie Herring, Manager at the Bourbonnais Dairy Queen, reflected on the day\u2019s spirit: \u201cFree Cone Day is so much fun. Our staff really enjoys welcoming our loyal customers and celebrating the beginning of spring.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n
